For this rear ground floor extension of 4m, many iterations on the layout were developed and tested before an optimal design layout for the client was achieved.  Through biophilic design principles, the interior spaces introduced natural materials and architectural elements together to create a warm space: slatted wood walls and door, large skylights, maximum bi-fold doors and glazed splashback through the kitchen units.
