The premise of the design was to achieve an uninterrupted flow of spaces, as open as possible, for a growing family by developing a loft and ground rear extension. The ground floor broke all existing internal walls to provide one large family living room. For the loft development, a simple and unique proposal of removing the first floor ceiling created a double height space.
